Chiller Cleaning

Chiller cleaning is a maintenance process to remove scale, sludge, corrosion, oil, and biological fouling from chilled water systems. The process includes system inspection, drainage, chemical circulation, rinsing, neutralization, and refilling.

Proper cleaning improves heat transfer efficiency, reduces energy consumption, prevents equipment damage, and extends the service life of the chiller system. Safety controls and suitable chemicals are selected based on system materials and conditions.
