Underground water tank cleaning is considered a confined space operation. ICS places great importance on occupational safety. The following safety measures are strictly implemented:

1. All personnel involved shall be trained, competent, and medically fit for confined space operations.

2. Approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be worn at all times during the operation.

3. Required safety equipment, including tripod, SCBA, and first aid equipment, shall be provided and inspected prior to work commencement.

4. All electrical equipment shall comply with safety standards and be protected by earth leakage and electric shock protection devices (PCBO).

5. Lighting used inside the confined space shall be low-voltage DC 24 volts.

6. Personnel entering the confined space shall carry calibrated multi-gas detectors for continuous monitoring of O₂, H₂S, CO, and explosive gases (LEL).
