Wet Scrubber Cleaning

Wet Scrubber Cleaning is carried out to remove scale, sludge, dust, and chemical deposits from spray nozzles and scrubbing media. Fouled nozzles reduce spray distribution, while contaminated media lowers gas–liquid contact efficiency and pollutant removal performance.

The cleaning process includes isolating the system, flushing or chemically cleaning spray nozzles, and washing or replacing scrubbing media as required. After cleaning, the system is rinsed and inspected to ensure uniform spraying, reduced pressure drop, improved efficiency, and reliable emission control performance.
